The issues addressed by public sociology are international in nature due to globalisation, for example, issues of organizations, work/employment, business, education, poverty, crime, social media, social work, policing, etc. The International Journal of Public Sociology and Sociotherapy engages the public and society as party to knowledge creation and dissemination because the knowledge created must be intelligible and accessible to relevant audiences. The audience of IJPSS is a global audience in both academia and practice. The journal provides a forum for scholarly and practice-orientated research that serve society’s needs locally and globally. IJPSS accepts submissions from everyone involved in social inquiry and research.

Volume years with an asterisk (*) after them are indicative of the continuous volume publication frequency conversion. Journals that have shifted to the continuous volume frequency are no longer publishing a set number of issues. All regular articles are published together, and special issue articles are separated into their own categories for organizational purposes.
