Read more about Number 21La Revista Nacional de Administración RNA / The National Administration Review NAR, of the School of Management Sciences, UNED is published every six months (ISSN 1659-4908 Printed and ISSN 1659-4932 digital). Its objective is to contribute to the scientific and technical knowledge of adminsitration. the journal is aimed at an academic audience, mainly professionals and students from these areas, however, it allows the general public to acquire knowledge in various subjects of the administration sciences. It is open access and has no cost of sending or processing the manuscripts for those who decide to publish.
The National Administration Review (NAR) is a semi-annual review issued in June and December of each year. It is published by the School of Administration Sciences of the Distance State University of Costa Rica and has the support from the UNED publishing house and the Vice Rector of Research.
The purpose of the NAR is to contribute to the progress of the scientific and technical knowledge of Administration by means of the publication of research articles. Therefore, it tends to spread, with a practical approach, the main progress in Administration, via articles that really contribute to the business environment of Costa Rica and other countries. As a result, by fomenting research, there will be a promotion of the study and circulation of Economy and Business Administration, Public Administration as well as related subjects.
The NAR has joined the “Open Access” movement enabling all its users to have free access to all its articles in full version.

Read more about Number 21El presente número de la RNA dedica su reflexión a diversos temas relevantes en el contexto de las ciencias empresariales. Se discuten temáticas como el uso del marketing digital en el desarrollo de estrategias políticas; se analiza un modelo para evaluar la competitividad empresas de hospitalidad; se propone un modelo de gestión para la creación de una cooperativa de guías de turismo. Por otra parte, se reflexiona acerca del liderazgo de los docentes en la educación superior. La resiliencia como elemento para resistir, aprender y trascender una adversidad. Se examina el compromiso social comunitario como gestión diagnóstica y pilar de la planificación estratégica. Se hace un análisis de las competencias gerenciales y una crítica acerca de la responsabilidad que tiene la ciudadanía en el actuar de la Defensoría de los Habitantes. Finalmente se expone el proceso de descentralización reforma del Estado argentino y se explora la temática de los procesos de consultoría y su vinculación con el desarrollo organizacional
