The Revista Ingeniería de Construcción (Journal of Construction Engineering) is aimed to construction firms, professionals, and academic people investigating and working in the construction field. Its main objectives are: 1. To disseminate knowledge of Construction Engineering. 2. To spread new technologies and progress in this Engineering field. 3. To stimulate professionals and academic people to participate in the development of construction sharing research results, experiences, and knowledge. The general purpose of this journal is to open a forum for ideas, knowledge and experiences to contribute with the Construction Engineering development of construction management, materials and methodologies. The Construction Engineering Journal is published three times per year by the Department of Construction Engineering and Management of the School of Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
